This policy explains how Robominder Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, on robominder.ai. For how we handle personal data more generally, see our privacy policy.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. We don’t set any analytics cookies, or capture any analytics data, until you choose. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
- Accept: PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so we can understand how visitors use the site, including session recordings and heatmaps. Text you type into form fields is always masked.
- Reject: nothing is stored in your browser apart from your choice itself. We count visits anonymously without cookies, and there are no session recordings or heatmaps.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views in aggregate without using cookies or storing anything in your browser.
We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t allow third parties to track you across other websites through our site. Links to external sites, such as our booking page or our customers’ websites, are covered by those sites’ own cookie policies.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you delete your cookies and local storage, we will ask for your choice again on your next visit.
